Long-Term Substitute - Spanish
Beginning in October, the High School will be in need of a long-term (6-8 weeks) substitute for Spanish classes. Interested and qualified applicants should complete the linked application and return it to the USD 464 Central Office. We also require a current Kansas teaching or substitute certificate with Spanish endorsement, as well as proof of a negative TB test. 
Special Education Van Driver
Our Transportation Department is looking for somene with an immaculate driving record and a current Kansas license for a Special Education route. Must be available early mornings and mid-to-late afternoons. Interested and qualified applicants should bring their current driving record to  the USD 464 Central Office and fill out an application. Additional training will be required, which we will provide. For information call 913-845-2153.
  
 
Substitute Driver/Transportation Para:
Our Transportation Department is looking for qualified drivers who could serve as substitutes in any of our transportation positions - Regular Route Bus Driver or Transportation Para-Professional. A Kansas CDL with both S and P endorsements is required. For information or to pick up an application, contact our Transportation Department at 913-845-2153. 
Substitute Classroom Para-Professional:  Our applications process requires proof of a negative TB test that is at least 12 months current. Please provide this at the time the application is returned.

Food Service Substitute: Our applications process requires proof of a negative TB test that is at least 12 months current. Please provide this at the time the application is returned.
Substitute Teacher:
In addition to the linked application, our application process requires original documents consisting of proof of a negative TB test that is at least 12 month current, and a current Kansas Teaching Certificate or Substitute Certificate (either regular or emergency); we can make a copy for our files and return it to you but must see original documents. For this reason, bringing the application, TB test, and certificate to the USD 464 Central Office in person works best. The expectations of substitute teachers are outlined in the Substitute Manual.
