Online enrollment is now open for students who are new to Tonganoxie USD 464. A link to the enrollment portal is below. Review and processing of new student enrollment applications will begin July 29, 2024. After review and processing, parents will be contacted regarding any items missing from your child's enrollment as well as information about next steps. Welcome to Tonganoxie USD 464!
Identification of Students
All students enrolling in the district for the first time must provide required proof of identity in the form of an original or certified copy of their birth certificate or a certified copy of the court order placing the child in the custody of the Secretary of the Department for Children and Families. Students enrolling in grades 2-12 from another Kansas school may provide a certified transcript or similar pupil records or data. Families enrolling for the first time should be prepared to upload the following documents:
Student Birth Certificate (certified copy or original)
2 Proofs of Residency
Immunization Record
Physical examination for students 8 years and younger who are new to Kansas schools
Proof of Residency
For enrollment, the parent or guardian must provide two proofs of residency. The name and address on the documents must match enrollment records for the student (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Acceptable proofs of residency include:
Current Kansas driver’s license
Current Kansas vehicle registration
Current mortgage statement or lease/rental agreement showing residence property address and signatures of the lessor/lessee and names of all occupants of the leased residence.
If purchasing a home under construction, a copy of the executed contract showing the residence property address is acceptable.
Current Utility Bill: electric, gas, water, waste management, etc.
Current Bank Statement
Current paycheck stub
