464 Storytellers is a dynamic communications initiative designed to highlight and celebrate our district’s unique story through the voices of our staff. Using the Thrillshare platform, all staff members have moderated access to post on our social media platforms, empowering them to share their perspectives, experiences, and insights and contribute to a vibrant and diverse narrative that reflects who we are as a community. Since its launch in the fall of 2023, 464 Storytellers has exponentially expanded our ability to share the exploration, collaboration, learning, and growth happening every day in our classrooms and beyond; however, this initiative is more than just storytelling—by embracing the principles of positive psychology, we aim to foster a culture of positivity, connection, and unity across the district. By sharing our individual stories, we’re creating a collective story that captures the values, dreams, and spirit of Tonganoxie USD 464.
