The Tonganoxie USD 464 Board of Education is now accepting applications to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Jim Bothwell. This vacancy will be filled by appointment and the term will run to December 31, 2025. This is an at-large position, so residence anywhere within USD 464 boundaries is permissible. School board members must be registered voters in the school district and cannot be an employee of the board on which they are a member.
Applicants must apply online. The deadline to apply is October 31, 2024. The BOE will begin reviewing applications on November 1, 2024. Applicants selected for next steps will be contacted in early November.
