The TMS Boys Basketball season has officially come to an end, marking months of hard work, improvement, and team growth. Throughout the season, the players demonstrated dedication and progress, making it a rewarding experience for both athletes and coaches.
The 8th grade team wrapped up its season with two home victories against Louisburg. Bruce Moore delivered a strong performance off the bench, playing a key role in the B-Teamās success. The A-Team secured a thrilling 39-38 win, closing out the season with a 5-9 record.
The 7th-grade team faced a challenging road matchup at Louisburg. The B-Team battled in a hard-fought contest but ultimately fell short. The A-Team started strong and played well for the first two and a half quarters before Louisburg gained momentum with a decisive run that shifted the game. Despite falling in the championship game, the players fought until the final whistle.
A highlight of the night was the support from our girls basketball team, who traveled to cheer on their classmates. Their presence reflected the growing camaraderie and school spirit among the 7th-grade athletes, a promising sign for the future of our program.
Thank you parents; your support made coaching that much more memorable and enjoyable. While the season has come to an end, the memories, growth, and teamwork will leave a lasting impact.
